I can't decide if I want this story to take place in South Central Los Angeles or South Side Chicago. I am familiar with South Central LA so it would be easier, but researching a book is a great excuse to travel to a new city and meet new people.
If any of you are from Chicago is there anything you can tell me to help me decide that I won't learn from the internet?
